This is a case study of Tallinja, the Malta Public Transport's new mobile app developed by Meep that offers the user the possibility to travel around the island of Malta in a more comfortable, affordable, connected and sustainable way. 


Under the Mobility as a Service concept

Tallinja operates in Malta since 2019 which has integrated several operators in the island and the TD Plus.

The app is based on the MaaS (Mobility as a Service) concept, which aims to make the wide range of mobility transports available to citizens in the most optimal way and thus provide them with greater freedom of movement.
